can't find anything about the nashville pattern, it seems
the autothers of that book have bought every web page that
mentions the bloody thing.

ha, well it's a bit old as well, the review on amazon
mentions: i bought it after reading about it on the fender
forum, but on that forum i couldnt find anything (didnt
search the archive though)

im doing
these lessons
apart from playing the major scale in one position i find it
too much of a hassle always (it's the manyth time i started
this stuff)

the only thing i could find was this, but that, to
me, seems more like musical common sense than a particular
system.

particularly as you can simply move chord/scale shapes up or
down the guitar fretboard, without needing to change the
shape.

i found that too, but that's something different, it's just
the roman number names that are useful playing together
somehow, like you say II instead of D major so you can play
in a different key or tuning
the nashville pattern method apparantly is 23 notes you
'just' have to learn, it's just some trick im not gonna pay
15 bucks for before knowing what it is, no library or what
in holland has the book
