I got up at 8am. Had work til 6pm. During work I typed up an email to my supervisors detailing my two weeks notice. I've worked there for two years and basically had been fed up with the place for almost a year. After work I drove my coworker home, then came back to my house. Got changed and went out to dinner with a friend from work and his lady friend. As I was driving back to my house (Brigantine) from my friends house (Ventnor) so I had to go through Atlantic City. There was a major boxing match so traffic was awful in the city. It was around 10:30 so I didn't think it would be too bad, but it was. I'm not too familiar with Atlantic City, so I wasn't exactly driving agressively or even going to try to. I ended up missing the turn I needed to go back home, and ended up on the AC Expressway going out of AC. I didn't have any change on me, so I was planning on going into the visitor's center and then exiting so I could go back into the city. I was in the 2nd left lane and as I was trying to get into the far left lane that's when it happened. Some dude came up from behind me (in the 2nd to left) and also tried to get into the left and beat me into it. He was going a hell of a lot faster then me. The front right of his car tore up and dented the entire left side of my car. Back left tire dented and popped. Left side entirely chopped up. Doors wouldn't open. Driver's side window smashed. The guy who hit me continued on and hit another car. I have a broken collar bone (left side) I just quit work and I was supposed to be going on vacation July 2nd til the 9th at a beach house in Sea Isle City with some friends. Well, I may be around here a lot more for several weeks. Ok Computer, Sung Tongs, Ceramics is the Bomb, Confield, and the case to The Lemon of Pink were in my car (I forgot the cd was in my home cd player) I hope they are ok :( |

the cops got everyone's information who was involved the guy that hit me may not have had insurance. he was out of state and the police haven't figured it all out yet. i may still go on my vacation. just hang out around the house, play some cards, videogames, and watch some tv. perhaps even kick a few back. all in all, this isn't that bad. i basically have to sit around and do as little as possible for the next 6 to 8 weeks. i kind of like sitting around and doing as little as possible. thanks for the kind words guys :) |

i am bumping this because i feel like shit i'm on percosets. when they're working, i'm dizzy and tired. when they've worn off, i hurt like hell. |

It could be a lot worse. You could be a cunt who smashes into the sides of peoples cars, giving them broken collar bones and ruining their vactions, and just drives off (problaby because he is drunk/stoned/has drugs in car/has no insurance). Don't make mountains out of foothills, things could have been a lot worse for you. There will be other Vacations ... and you will be alive to enjoy them. |

went to the doctor today. the brace i've been wearing was upside down. oops. have to continue wearing for 3 weeks. i went to see my car and i got ok computer and the case for lemon of pink out. the rest were nowhere to be found. :( ALSO some state trooper has my id and stuff and i need it back and he seems to be the only one who knows about it and i can't locate him awesome |
