probably their finest work yet, listen out for track called
'Talk', using Kraftwerk's Computer Love melody and hook,

Easily thee best band in the world just now

'Talk', using Kraftwerk's Computer Love melody and
hook...
and Easily thee best band in the world just
now
in the same sentence? I'll approach with caution, I
find them a little tedious now. They hardly have any
competition in such a calculate industry.

Watch out for Working For A Nuclear Free City.

there best album is parachutes, but trust me their x & y is
a masterpiece. The Talk track isnt a blatent rip off, they
did get permission apparently to use it,

true about the competition although u could catagorise
Coldplay in the "indie" genre (i hate that term) alongside
the likes of Oasis, Embrace etc, and Coldplay win hands down

I'm just halfway through it now. I'm not sure if I'm in the
right mood exactly, but it would seem to be clearly their
worst. But still pretty cool. I may warm to it.

Coldplay stink of so much musty urine it is untrue. chris

I like the computer love track though obviously the
Kraftwerk original was better, also 'Speed of Sound' has
really grown on me over a couple of plays. At the beginning
I thought it was a bit of a toned down version of the
experimental 'Rush of Blood...' but it's a good album in its
own right, even if "Parachutes" was better...
