I was at a club this friday night... they were playing some
hip hop good stuff... and suddenly...zas!.... "I´VE CHANGED
MY MIND" (from the album spectrum by quannum (dj shadow,
blacklicious, latryx...)) I enjoyed so much dancing to it
that i have to name it as my song of the weekend.
yours??

Have you heard the Andy Votel mix of that track. It was
released on a double 7inch pack and is excellent. His mix of
Badly Drawn Boy's Once Around the Block also does the trick

Africa?!! ARe you joking? That's the point at which they got
really MOR and commercial. Their earlier stuff was the
avant-garde real deal.

I find it hard to believe that a band named after the dog in
The Wizard of OZ ever had an avant-garde period...in fact, I
bet they can't even spell it...

(You only like Mr Mister cause you thought they had a clever
name...)...

Yeah but its not that clever. What about Foreigner? They
were foreigners to at least some people. By God, they had to
be. Aaaaaaaah. And I don't like them. Much

I wonder if anyone ever told Foreigner what love is?...I was
tempted to at the time, but I doubt they'd have taken the
word of 8 yr old...

Did anyone hear 'Mixing It' on Radio 3 last night? The
Icelandic electronic artist Curver sampled Foreigner!

No dude but I heard the UNKLE essential mix a few weeks ago:
DMX with Tears for Fears Shout. Sounds bad but is is class.

Kate Bush's Running Up That Hill is on Radio 2. Now that is
class

Although it's barely a minute long, it kicks ASS.
