i wrote a little bit about this in the 'Rate the films you
see' thread but thought i'd just start a new thread about
it.

the website is here

It is currently touring film festivals, but should be coming
to non-cable television and DVD soon.

it's only about 55 minutes long, but it is quite eye
opening.

I saw it at the Seattle Film Festival and one of the
Directors was in attendance answering questions. She told
an interesting story about how some of the footage was
obtained. One of the groups was captured when trying to
escape North Korea through China. To preserve the footage
one of the people hid the tapes in a toilet near the
mongolian border and it froze in the water. Later, he told
the film makers where to find it. they returned and chipped
the tapes out of the ice.
