truth be told, Moby was my introduction to electronic music
(and please don't assess that from his recent material.)
Strickly only his early 90s stuff for me.

His 'Ambient' album was dare I say 'lush and beautiful'.

His early stuff was very good. Its when he lost all self
respect and bent over for the music industry and became the
same tripe kind of musician that he hated on throughout his
early carreer.

yeah, well he never expected play to get so much responce
(it's almost retarded how it did, guess it was the right
time seeing as car commercials liked that gospel edge?)
Guess he liked the money so much he effortlessly shit out
more crap.

Moby RIP 1997

Honestly I have to bring this to all your attention. 1993.
Two stunning ambient albums by aphex and moby. I enjoyed
moby's much more.

Lets not turn this into a moby thread.
