in england, 90% of hay fever sufferers are allergic to grass
pollen, about 25% are allergic to birch pollen. the grass
pollen season has started, but it can differ depending on
the weather in the spring. last year i rememeber the grass
pollen season finished at the end of july.

Started last Saturday
taking flonase daily with allegra tablets when needed, not
too bad, but i've woken up wheezy with pain in my chest last
