in england, 90% of hay fever sufferers are allergic to grass pollen, about 25% are allergic to birch pollen. the grass pollen season has started, but it can differ depending on the weather in the spring. last year i rememeber the grass pollen season finished at the end of july. |

Started last Saturday taking flonase daily with allegra tablets when needed, not too bad, but i've woken up wheezy with pain in my chest last night |
