they should release these games for the PC. Their market has
become too narrow. I love zelda but I don't have a GC.
Tendo need to sort 'emselves out. now.

they've been living off of the zelda/metroid/mario franchise
for like 20 years now

"whats up with links nose and lips in that first
one?"

> his lips look weird yeah
but it's not that grievous : )

i'm awaiting this one with very high expectations.
"twilight princess"? would be cool if there was another
princess than zelda...

I've seen them all. Needed to change my boxers 9-11 times
per trailer.

...after seeing the trailer...

i don't know. it seems a lot like the n64 ones, but i don't
know if that's a good thing since it seems closer to
Majora's Mask than Ocarina Of Time. and the music is really
a bit crap (just like Super Mario Sunshine had... and pretty
much all the other ones i can remember... are Metroid Prime
1 & 2 the only games by Nintendo that still have good music
now?! fuck that pseudo-orchestral bland muzak...). well,
i'll see... anyway i'm interested in it.

the better soundtrack that i ever heard... from the game:
eternal darkness: sanity's requiem! the soundtrack is
amazing! but i agree with you, the new zelda is much similar
to ocarina of time (best game ever).

another thing, yes uzim the metroid prime and echoes
soundtracks are excellent! i have the two soundtracks on CD.

Any resemblance to OoT in any game ever imaginable is a
positive thing since OoT is the electronic incarnation of a
divine entity.

It Is Also Very Cool.

well, yes and no - i said it was closer to Majora's Mask
than to Ocarina Of Time. and Majora's Mask looked a lot like
Ocarina Of Time; in fact it was almost like if i dreamed
about Ocarina Of Time (you know how dreams distort things
weirdly)... but i didn't like it as much, far from it even
(actually, i was stuck in the icey goron temple and i didn't
even finish it - saw my brother finish it).

-

is she the Twilight Princess? she looks pretty nice : )

I'm in two minds whether the girl on that pic is zelda or
this twilight princess. Or are they both the same? And who
is that little girl creature riding on Link the wolf?

well, dunno... i'd prefer her to be the twilight princess
and not the same person, but wait and see...

they've now gone overboard to the opposite direction, after
the cutesy-cutesy (but lovely) Wind Waker.

I've played all Zeldas through (except the mediocre second
game), from the very first through the third SNES adventure
(probably my favourite: I was at an impressionable age in
the early 90's!) on to the N64 double adventure...

And yea, Majora's Mask was like a gothic, swampy, murky,
nightmarish version of Ocarina of Time... I thoroughly
enjoyed its challenges (I still haven't tried the harder
special edition that's available for the Cube), but I felt
intimidated... In fact, Majora's Mask was a real
existentialist game: you run out of time a million times,
and there is no end, merely POSTPONEMENT! <:0

ooh, but the new zelda might still offer stunning
atmosphere. I just hope they don't give up innovating
visually, because Wind Waker was lovely for that very
reason.

And yes, Metroid Prime OST rules like a royal muthafucka! :)

After seeing the 640x480 30 minute movie they uploaded at
IGN, I'm completely convinced this is gonna be the best
Zelda ever.
