I mostly use Cubase SX2, Albino, Pro 53, Reaktor, Garritan
Personal orchestra.....+ A shit load of compression /
effects

The beats are mainly from my Trusty Korg ER1

the production really appeals to me. very good job on the
mix and everything! you get an A for it.

some of it sort of reminds me of plaid, which is a good
thing. i'm enjoying this ep. this is really good work!

Im studying the whole audio engineering side of things at
uni, im probably better skilled at mixdowns etc than
composing....tho i wish it was the other way around

Although the production is very nice, it seems to lack
something to keep it from just washing over my head.

I really like the opening synth on Carbonated though. In
fact i do like this one quite alot, i feel it could do with
more drums.

Nice work! : )

Cheers for listening, constructive criticism is just what I
needed, I always thought that track could have been longer
and a bit heavier on the drums.

Theres always the option of a Skink remix of course ;)

Post Celebration EP"

this is really really good stuff. reminds me of plaid and
orbital a little.

i agree with skink. the synth on carbonated is great.

production is great. songs are good. the only negative thing
i can think of is that some of the melodies are sort of
forgettable.

i'm putting this on my mp3 player. thanks for sharing and
happy 1000th!

Carbonated and Sq1blz is excellent electronic music, as I
have said before in your spam threads. What I haven't said
is that they get more enjoyable with each listen, and I
really adore the melodic bassline in sq1blz. I think they
would fit perfect with some nice tech-housey stuff in the
mix.

Singularity was very Plaid-ish, but a bit "naked" somehow.
Crakel is an enjoyable ending of the EP but perhaps a bit
muddy in the bottom-end. My room did ruble quite a bit when
I played it...

All in all it's good stuff, and happy 1008.

hahha carbonated features the old carbon reaktor synth
right? sounds alot like it - yeah quite nice stuff indeed
could do with more variation and perhaps some slightly
dirtier sounds imo......
