Have any of you ever written one? Or even had one published?
I'm writing one now, and quite enjoying it. Although it's much more difficult than I intially thought.

It charts the rise and fall of a potential legend. Make of that what you will. It isn't a work of fiction either (despite the term 'legend').
So it's interesting collecting all the facts and stuff, but really difficult to organise them and integrate them into a story.

it's a biography, eh? well, good luck with it. the trick in getting it published isn't quality as much as finding a way to sell it. agencies only care if it is commercially viable.

It's supposed to be near impossible to get a book published. Sorry. that's not very encouraging.

I think it may be difficult to get it published, but not as hard as writing it. It's quite a personal challenge actually, and the shelves are full of shit at Waterstones et al, I want to actually educate some people, even up the balance a bit if you like.

Listen mate. Your life is not that fucking interesting, ok! You're boring me right now so i am sure as fuck not going to read a book about you and your "spectacular" life. Just get back to your shit job and give up on your pointless pipedreams.
