hey guys does somebody know where can find any autechre live videos in the net to download or elsewhere? got only some shot clips from london se1 and they're cool very wanna see by own eyes ae playing live but think they'll never visit russia and it's sad very busy here to go to europe or other country where ae give performance and it's sad one more time |

I haven't seen any mpgs other than the mobile SE1 ones, & they were very bad/boring. And what's there to watch actually? You can't do much gear-spotting unless you have a closeup of the guys playing. I'd settle on the mp3s if I were you, and just imagine the expensive beear and dark venue. |

what's the point of watching a video of an idm gig? the performer doesn't perform in the same capacity that a traditional musician would, so video is just.. wasted bandwidth.. it's all about the music and atmosphere. what, do you want to watch other people having a good time? :/ |

I think his thing is, is he has no way of seeing what an autechre preformance is like. He is probly not going to see them since they aren't going to visit russia, so he would like to see a video or two. Despite how boring they would be, he is still curious. You don't need to tell him he is wrong for this. If I couldn't see autechre live ever, I would be asking the same question. |

there is nothing to see in ae shows. there are no lights, so nobody's videotaping what there isn't to see... hope that helps. just get the mp3s. |
