If you were to find out that the landings on the moon were
all fake, how would it affect your life? Would you being
very upset and not able to go on, or would it not be a
caring issues for you?

since i found out that no man landing on the moon, I was
very sad. I thought, "we haven't seen the cosmos after all!"
I just wish we had gone to cosmos before it makes me sad.
please, i just want someone to confort me!

don't worry, there is no proof that the moon landing was a
hoax. it was real.

When I talk to my pet flowers, they jump up and down and
sing many strange and wonderful songs for me. They're also
magical, and produce cars from their leaves that I can then
drive around. The other day, I almost got squashed by a car
that my pet flower excreted from one of it's leaves.

it does indeed seem that the thing was an act, which is a
shame-but alas i think in the near future man will land on
mars and that alone will make up for the fact that the moon
landing was bullshit.

"shit" is subjective.

I have tens of thousands of fans because of my website. They
all say, "wow, you're the best and your sense of humour is
so amazing" and they send me gifts, such as chocolate and
money.

I am glad some people here know the truth about the moons.

would you be" ? are you really from UK ?

It's not like you landed on the moon or anything so why
should you care?

Why the fuck would anyone want to waste so much money just
to land on a fucking rock. WOW. Why are we going to Mars ?!
We should goto the moon once we have an easier way to go. It
seems like Nasa climbs stairs 5 steps at a time.

the thing that gets me most is that if no one really landed
on the moon then how the hell are they supposedly going to
mars soon? one of the main pieces of evidence that the non
moon landing ppl use is that there is a radiation belt so
far out from the earth that the astronauts simply couldn't
have survived with out 10foot thick lead lining on their
craft. this radition belt exists so how they gonna get
through to get to mars? or are they gonna fake that? in
todays world of photoshop etc they could easily fake it and
we would be non the wiser.

I think they did land on the moon. but also, i think the
footage is fake.

i mean today, to see, emm a live sport game there's always
errors in the transmission and such. how's is possible that
a live from the moon boradcast was made in 1969.

In this day of photoshop, biological engineering and
sociological conditioning, they could have easily convinced
the population to believe the world was flat and the nazis
didn't take over the world in 1956, but there is no way to
prove that either.

Think about it; all of a sudden, the us gets involved in the
war, developes about 20-30 years worth of technology in 2
years, and bring one home for the team. Then they get
involved in a massive non-violent war with russia, who is
expanding territory quicker than anybody feels comfortable
with, and then all of a sudden decides they do not need any
more comrades or natural resources, does a total 180, and
puts up a massive wall overnight, thereby making a concrete
front....

so what do you think? did they go to the moon? i'm not sure
either way, i also think OK has a good argument in that they
might have gone there but faked footage to satisfy the
medias wants?

I remember watching a video from the moon landing in high
school, and noticing a piece of the background seemed to be
visible through the body of an astronaut right in front
of it
.

I told my dad about it and he screemed at me. Nowadays I
don't discuss my oppinions on this matter. It doesn't really
matter either way, but at one time it made millions of
people feel proud and inspired, so it served a purpose.

offline kid from mum (United Kingdom) on 2005-05-01 02:44 [#01581875]

but that's one of the things that concerns me the most, the
fact that it served a purpose.....the cold war and all that.
i think it DOES matter taxidermist, at least it matters to
me, i mean if it really were faked then it would be one of
the biggest lies in history, if not THE biggest. but more
than that for me is the fact that i would feel so let down
that we really couldn't make it there. i so want it to be
true but i'm not really sure it is and was perhaps just
propaganda.

Perhaps it could be a lie.

Little known fact; a week beforehand, russia tried a manned
moon landing (they had the technology readu before the us),
but the craft crashed. First manned moon landing belongs to
russia. First succeessfull one belongs to US.

Anyways, me saying what I think about it will not change the
truth of the matter. All it can do is start arguments.

they obviously landed on th emoon that time, enough rock and
other geological things were brought back on earth and
distributed to many MANY universities around the globe...

IMO there was footage ready if it failed or if there wasn't
anything cool to show, but saying they didn't land on the
moon is stupid, the advancment in some technologies couldn't
have took place without it and there are enough proof,
besides how would you want the peoples in the know to keep
that secret? impossible... =)

of course. america bashing is kindof modern now (for good
reasons) but that discussion is plain stupid.
