i wanted to make an apprectiation track of this peace of hardware. i wanna buy this one and i think that it is really dope. i wanted to buy some hardware stuff to increase my musical possibilities (that sounds dumb i know) - i wanted something like an external mixer with dsp effects and stuff, be cause i would want to buy some hardware synths in the nera future. i couldn't really find a piece of hardware for me. i mean - if i would buy an analog mixer, i would have to buy some good effect processors too to make everything sound clear - and of course i would need some recording device like dat or hard disk recorder. so - after a while i stumbled upon the yamaha 01x - this is exactly what i need! it's a digital mixer with built in soundcard, so you do the whole editing and stuff completely digital and lossless. the thing is - when you want a analog synth - you just connect it to the yamaha audio input, and to the midi input and everything works fine from your computer. - total integration for total control... i'm posting this because i think that there are a few musicians here who want to buy some hardware too, and cannot decide. so when you want to spend your money for stuff like that you maybe want to have a look at this baby ! |
