Basically this street and a couple of neighboring city blocks become one big party. Every single house is open and its $5 a cup per house. Every house has a different color cup so you can carry one over. There are bands and stuff and a whole lot of drinking and antics. Its good fun. The streets are littered with drunkens. We arrived at 11am last year to see a girl getting arrested on the corner! I knew it was going to be a good one! |
