One girl WAS obessed w/ me at one point, for a little while.
twas a nice feeliing while it lasted hehe.

I wasn't obessed w/ aphex the first time i heard him. first
album i owned was RDJ, i liked it but it took some time for
me to get into it. but eventually i got pretty obessed.

i was obsessed with my girlfriend last year... we have been
together 2 years and the firs one was kind of hard as i was
really obsessed... and that worried her, cos i seemed no to
live by myself... now i managged to find a middle point and
i still love her to death but now i i dont see it as an
obssesion as there are other things that can make me happy
too... such as aphex... hehe when i first listened to drukqs
i was so amazed i begun looking for reviews on the net...
the first one talked so bad about it i was stranged as i
liked it so much... then i read a few more and found out
there were lots of different points of view about this cd...
so i begun to feel the need of knowing more about this
artist as many reviews talked about how good aphex was...
wlll this was like 2 months ago (little less really) and i
have been so absorved by his talent i bought anything i
could, its a pitty that many of the releases are not
available anymore... i came to aphex a little late

better late than never...

Yeah I gues syou could say I was obsessed with SAWII when it
was released...it was back when i was just in high school
and doing ALOT of LSD......I rememeber hearing that album
sooo many times and just never putting it down....

I would always laugh because everyone who was trippin would
wanna listen to their grateful dead and I wanted my
APHEX.....

Ahhhh good times.....
And thus I was turned onto APHEX

i've been into aphex only two months too and i'm obsessed
with the idea there's a frontier of new music with
squarepusher and autechre too for instance, it really hit of
yesterday with the drummer of my band getting albums of them
next to the aphex he'd bought after me, i like to fantasize
about being part of a new music scene, maybe should get of
my lazy ass for that

My obsessions, musically, are the Beatles and Aphex Twin.

My other, more evil obsessions, involve cute short girls
with glasses, they drive me insane. I love short girls!

Maynard James Keenan....is the MAN. =]

I expected him to be larger than life, and he was soooo
short....ehehhe. He was very accomidating....showed me his
AWESOME scorpion tatoo on his back offered me some red
wine....and kinda stopped my breath with his intense
gaze...=]

he was drinking a very nice merlot in a wine glass....so so
VERY....ehehhe

i met him backstage at a NIN show ( he opened with APC for
NIN on the last tour....... met trent....and all ze other
boi's as well.) i complimented his cool rings.....his
voice....and asked about the next TOOL CD...eheheh. my
friend chris came with me when i went up to talk to him and
he was SPEECHLESS.....i was like 'dude.....you coulda said
hi' but he just stood there while i chatted him up. i was
invited to the AFTER party......but decided that maybe that
was not such a good idea IF you know what i mean....nudge
nudge ....wink wink....ehehhe
