Not in cool edit (you can timestretch, but that'd lose
quality, shouldn't be too bad, given only 3bpm
difference, but it'd be noticeable). If it's only drums
rather than a whole instrument part, a beatslicing program
(like Recycle or Fruityloops beatslice) would allow you to
do it well.

How big's the file? You could email it to me (usual address)
so long as it's under 10mb and I could give it back to you
tomorrow? Cheers.

CoolEdit Pro 2 --> Effects>Stretch
but you will need to recount the new length of your loop
yourself to put it into the needed field and there will be
some change in quality +you know this

Arch, just checked my mail and I can't see it? Did you send
it to the one in my profile? I've got wavelab, so I could
send you 2 versions back, one cut up and rex'd, the other
timestretched. I won't be able to do it till monday now, but
if you mail it over the next couple of days I will try to do
it for monday.

This beat per minute change is a very worthwhile goal. I
hope you achieve it.

I still only have net access in work, so MSN isn't a
possibilty. If you manage to get it on a fileserver, mail me
the link (or post here, this is in my Favs).
