I loved Geogaddi and parts of MHTRTC and I'm desperate to
hear new material by them. They spend years tweaking their
albums and it shows-the stuff sounds so natural and flowing
even though it's been heavily produced, and the atmospheres
are great.

Hopefully we'll hear news of their new CD soon. Is it being
delayed because they're actually working on it, or for some
boring contractural reasons?

a change :)

Music does not quite yet have a right to children.

Well it has been three years. Ah well, patience is the
greatest virtue.

I want a new Plaid album too. I've been listening to too
much Autechre/Richard Devine/Venetian Snares/old
experimental electronic music as of late and some fresh
Plaid/BoC would go down nicely.

Ah yes, from the amazing vault of posts known as Joyrex,
who comes in to defend/promote his board and flaunt his
connection with Boards of Canada:

Delayed due to Mike's baby... the answer I got was 'in
2005'.

i think their remix of broken drum is the best thing they've
done. since it's also their newest, that's a very good sign
to me.

i'm now predicting a release on 6th June next year, which is
conveniently a tuesday, for the american market.

us uk types will have to get it on 5/6/6 which doesn't have
the same ring to it. or, if you're not confused already
6/5/6.
