i saw this in a sneak preview and i loved it. I 'm a big stephen chow fan, my favorite picture being "forbidden city cop." this movie is right up there in quality, surpassing "shaolin soccer" easily in comedy and kung fu. It's like a cross between the videogame street fighter 2, the matrix, and loony toons cartoons. the kung fu is funny and violent and acrobatic. yeah it's pretty dope. see it fools!

i think they should have called it something different than "kung fu hustle" what a dumb title. but it's good though. if you like stephen chow films, it's right up your alley!

i really liked shaolin soccer, but the tv ad looked kinda retarded. :/
it looked more like a cartoon with all that cgi. is that really what it's like?

it is very cartoon like. but it is a comedy so it works. like a roadrunner and coyote cartoon where it is brutally violent but in a comical way.
like most kung-fu movies, the fighting style defines each character. but in kung fu hustle, the styles often more like super powers than fighting styles. sort of like watching a chinese Justice League cartoon or something.
well anyway, i liked it a lot. i think it is almost as good if not better than 'Forbidden City Cop' which is my favorite Chow movie!
