Wow. I love this little track. It's absolutely beautiful.
Show yourself wimp, what was the inspiration for this track?
Is it just an ode to your mother, did she make you sad, did
she leave your family, or die? It has a melancholy feeling.
Very gentle, very fucking nice! I can almost see you sitting
hunched on your bed with your emo glasses playing this
ultimately sweet tune.

"House Volume" is one of the best unsigned thinggggs i've

Thanks man. I wrote "For Mom" right after I moved to SF for
college. A month after I moved out my dad left my mom and
has since remained sort of estranged from everybody. I'm the
last of three sons, so when my dad packed up, she was left
alone. The song is for my mom, and the words go "I know
you're at home and I am right here."

I've been trying to find the mp3 for it since I saw this
thread. I'll post it up again on that zebox page when I get
it for those of you interested. That's awesome that you
like it.
