Has anyone ever seen those crash test dummies action figures? They have a button on their chest that causes the figure's limbs and head to detach and fly off in all directions. You can buy a car that you load them into so that you can ram them into a wall and watch the body parts go flying.
Now i know the intended message these toys are trying to communicate to children is that of traffic safety but the real entertainment is derived from seeing the toys 'die' terribly.

yeah, my little brother had those... the parts would get lost right away under furniture and you'd be left with a guy missing an arm. and that's like 1/6 less fun to play with. they should put a warning on them, "not for use on non-carpeted areas".

That's a brilliant toy! I think kids are better off with those than some of the other shit that's made today. Sure, the real fun is to see the mangling and death, but I do not doubt that it can affect the kids to become more focused on safety, later on in life.
I'm still waiting for the transformers to come, cause I know I'll be on the Autobots team (what I learned from my childhood toys)
