Real invented it for Real Player it stands for Real Time
Streaming Protocol and you just need real player.

Open Real Player

Choose Tools > Preferences

Then Content > Media Type

Scroll down and make sure Real Time Streaming Protocol and
Streaming Media Metafile are both ticked.

Save changes, quit and thentry again.

That just means it is too busy at the moment. Leave it a
while and try again...or just keep trying, provided it is
still active you will eventually get on.

real did /not/ invent RTSP; they utilised it for a while but
use their own proprietry standard now for real time
streaming, i believe. as far as i remember it was a
standard that some university, netscape, and somebody else
drafted.
