Post dishes that you enjoy making.
Math Hashbrowns 2 tbsp canola oil 2 tsp knorrs powdered vegetable stock 2 potatoes chopped into small cubes 1/2 large yellow onion
-in a medium saucepan heat the oil on medium high heat. -add chopped potatoes and cook covered until potatoes are soft.
-add chopped onion and increase heat to high. -when potatoes are a nice golden brown, add powdered vegetable stock mixed thoroughly with a teensy bit of water.
-stir violently. -remove from heat when water and vegetable mix are absorbed.
-eat.

Bacon and Cheese Deviled Eggs Ingredients 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon honey mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled 2 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar Parsley, for garnish, optional
Instructions Halve eggs lengthwise. Spoon yolks into a bowl. Reserve whites.
Mash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise, honey-mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in bacon and cheese.
Fill each half egg white with yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
I like to sprinkle cayenne pepper on top or perhaps hot sauce
