How do you see electronic music progressing over the next
five years?

Please post your thoughts or a picture of a delicious meal.

In the future only very rich people will be able to listen
to electronic music.

The rest of us will have to listen to BIRDS.

God damned BIRDS

I predict that the hair metal genre will be scoured for
breaks, sampled and then used to make really low bpm
break-based music. This will be called
'ManualScrewdriverCore'

Interesting question, surround sound and SA audio has only a
passing interest for me but that could be one way forward
although you obviously need high end gear to reap the
benefits,
maybe a change in the way music is written, different scale
sets etc, although these "predictions" are hardly new.

Personally I've always believed in the old adage "the more
things change the more they stay the same", the things that
I love about ALL music whatever the period it was written in
will always (hopefully) be there, and to what exactly that
is would take me far longer to describe than space allows..
