No, i'm missing 2 sleeves. I only have 10. actually the one that analord10 came in has rips on the bottom and side, but I didn't really care and just put some tape on it. |

i didn't buy any of those records, but this whole "maybe we'll get around to perhaps giving the people we sent damaged products to what they deserve (and its our own fault but we don't really care)" bullshit is just ridiculous. |

my suspicion is that these are being pressed made to order. meaning they only press the amount that has been ordered ( by individuals and distirbutors/stores) and maybe slightly more. I think this has caused them to cut corners, and rush what they should've taken longer with (preparation for a binder equalling $100 ) |

Here’s an attempt to update everyone on their current analord situation Thankfully, most people have finally received their goods in a fine state although, regretably, we found problems at every stage with the orders for this unit. The auto cc bank system turned out to need manual input... The parcel service turned out to be problematic... The pre packaged componets were not prepackaged... It all means that some compromises have been imposed. *if you have been billed for the merchandise, the money has left your account and you have not yet received anything, please confirm this in an email addressed to info@rephlex.com with the subject "PAID / LOST ORDER", including your current name, address and order number. We will either claim compensation on your behalf from the mail service or replace your order if possible. Only 5 boxes have been returned, undelivered. *if you were under the impression you had ordered one, but no funds have left your account yet, this means you have definitely been unsuccessful with your pre-order. Either you input incorrect expiry dates/delivery/account address, had insufficient funds in your account or some such similar reason for failure. When the people who paid successfully have been satisfied, we will consider the possibilities of satisfying all the original attempted orders with existing stock or possibly repress if the conditions are suitable. Correspondence to info@rephlex.com with the subject line "UNPAID, ORDER #" will be considered if you can include your order number and name/address *not cc info PLEASE* *damaged orders are still under review. well, maybe they started with putting 10 sleeves in them since that was what was needed and then they had too much or something and started putting 12 in. now 11 will come out and you have gotten to little. till then you got what you bargained for and you cant really complain about just 10 sleeves. xept the tear |

The whole thing was a shitty idea anyway. They should have pressed a 3CD version (11?) of it and everybody would have been happy, especially Rephlex' bank account. |
