ugh, i dont get enough at all.

Unless nipple-licking and eating poo-tang counts.

i tried jogging early in the morning but that lasted about 4
days.

Weatheredstoner: eating the poo-tang can be quite strenuous
on the tongue! it's good to keep it well excercised.

definitely not enough - if at all.

i'm thinking about doing some... except that with
university, travelling back and forth from university to
home (they're not in the same town), revising and
translating, internet and ocassionally video games, i
haven't got much time left... when i have time, i walk the
way from the university to the station instead of taking the
tramway but i can't call that exercice - how much walking do
you consider to be effective for exercice?

I get to much excercise. Extremely fast/competetive mailman
+ Gym four times a week.

If i really wanted to bulk up i should change job . But i
got it under control now as i have started to really overdo
the protein bit of my diet.

You want to lose weight ?

Walking is great for that
The most effective fatburning trick that the proffesional
bodybuilders use the last two weeks before a competition is
getting up in the morning and just have one glass of juice
to get the metabolism going and maybe two cops of coffee
and the they go out and walk for about an hour or more on an
empty stomach . That way they don't burn any muscles (as
opossed to running) but a shitload of fat.

Walking is the 3rd most energy efficient mode of
transportation known to man (After certain cargo planes and
bicycles).
If you want to burn energy, do something else.

1 i spend a lot of my days lifting heavy creates and
lifiting barrells which helps a lot, as my upper body is
quite toned now, just a shame about the beer gut that goes
with it.

Not nearly enough... well, actually none.

I played a lot of wiffleball yesterday, and I'm sore
today... from fucking wiffleball.

But, it was a wierd drinking game version of wiffleball, so
there was lots of falling down involved.
