why do we need to have albums, or even tracks before their release? Patience is one of the biggest attribute a person can have. But i know it's hard to wait... :) |

perhaps they should stop making promo copies then, so they don't get uploaded onto the internet, hmmm? just give journalists some low quality mp3's, or half track samples to listen to intead. |

Yes it's happening in some cases...as with edited ones... But it's a shame as it's nice if reviews are out at the same time as the album... anyway i'm not totally anti downloading, i just find some of the attitudes a bit weird, and ungrateful. |

i could say that impatience can be justified simply by the fact that we don't live forever... (i don't mean it that much though. but it makes sense somewhat, i guess.) i'm not impatient for new Autechre because there are already existing Autechre albums i haven't heard, but i'd like to see the artwork. sometimes i'm more impatient to see an album's artwork than to actually hear it... |
