open university runs a fantastic remote viewing course, with
a minor in telekinesis

hehe, well let's just say i'm very interested in this sort
of thing. i have a collection of video tapes from a company
called Psi Tech which teaches you to remote view. the
company was founded by a man named dames, who was one of the
main remote viewers working for the government and
intelligence. like i mentioned it's a bit hard to explain
this sort of this, but some links might help:

I know this is probably hard to understand for most people,
but this technique works and has an 80-85% success rate, and
the more people you have remote viewing at once the more
precise the information will become.

on the scifi psychic front
remote viewing is the ability to view scenes and people far
away in your minds eye..
Dean Koontz's Sole Survivor and it's TV miniseries
adaptation are a nice pop culture into to the phenomena
