It was a new experience for me, since it was actually mixed in acid. I've been wanting to experiment with digital mixing for a while, and using acid was quite interesting (even though it does take the dynamic factor away somewhat). But you can be very precise. I'm gonna play around with Traktor soonish.

Beatmatching and pitch correction where appropriate. The bpm was fixed at 132 for the entire mix, though its easy to setup markers for when you want to speed up/slow down. It definately has its limitations (the lack of a real EQ springs to mind), but with the right track selection and a little patience, you can get pretty decent results. Its more like sequencing than actual mixing.
