The Shit: 1 Cup Dried Green Lentils 4 1/2 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Coarse Bulgar 1 TBSP Pepper 1 TBSP Salt 1 Small Onion (Chopped into tiny slivers) -Bring water and lentils to a boil on medium high heat. -Add bulgar, salt and pepper and cook on medium until the shit is thick. -Fry onions in a tiny bit of olive oil (or water) until golden and mix it into the shit. -Eat the shit |
