So, I recently bought this GREAT RECORD that Creme Organization did, which is a rerelease of of this weird soundtrack to some "giallo" film from the 60s or 70s. It is by this guy named Francesco Clemente, and it is just so amazingly cool that I have to see movies like this. Has anybody ever heard of this guy?
So, being that you are all movie freaks, I'm sure you guys would know something about this genre! I'm dying to know what movie it's from; I know nothing about it, but it's one of the coolest things I've heard in my life! I highly recommend it if you like dark and full sounding tracks.

well i didn't actually see the movie, you see. this great record label called creme organization rereleased the soundtrack to some weirdo flick from the 60s or 70s, and i was curious as to what sort of film would have such a standout synth soundtrack back then...it has peaked my interest. but thanks for the suggestion, i will keep my eyes peeled for it because unfortunately netflix doesn't have it :(

Francesco Clemente is an alias used by David Kristian
Brief interview with him here Interview
Suoni Dalle Ombre Oltre is the title of the movie. The story, whether true or not shall remain a mystery, goes as follows:
Crème managed to license this superb forgotten Giallo soundtrack from the vaults of Francesco Clemente, a forgotten Italian producer. When the movie was withdrawn due to monetary problems, this insane synthesizer gem landed on the shelf to collect dust. It was only years later that it was rediscovered by a Japanese collector who has so far kept it for himself, but after persuasive words from the Crème management decided to share it with the world. Mastered from the original tapes, this is a top hidden gem, in a nice full color sleeve.

If you are looking for more music from italian b movies, check out goblin. They did a lot of scoring for those zany italian horror movies from back in the day. They also did the score for dawn of the dead.
Its kind of dark disco and funk meets pink floyd.
