Me and a friend liked Utah Saints around the time their debut album hit. Then after a few years we got tired of it. I listened to the album some months ago, when I was walking down memory lane, and was enjoyable. At the same time my friend bought the second album at a 2nd hand shop, so I got to listen to it around christmas time, but it was not that hot actually. So in conclusion, no it's not worth a go.
