Back in September of 2004 I ordered Plaid's Booc 12" from Reckless Records () on GEMM () I received it a couple weeks after broken in half. A bit dissapointed, but understanding (please note that the packaging consisted of one slim carboard record box and that is all), I emailed them in hopes of a refund. I talked to James and he said there would be a refund but I just have to mail them the broken record. I did and paid for postage myself. Well about 5 patient emails and 4 months later I haven't seen any refund or have I gotten a single response to any of the emails. SO I SAY fuck these assholes. never buy anything from them. i hope this makes an impact on their business. |

I have used Gemm a few times and had no problems. these people sound like assholes though. |

i dont imagine theyll read this, theyre quite a small shop i think. i imagine they just forgot about it, try emailing them some more or something the actual shops are quite good |

I am a representative of Reckless records and can categorically say that over 99% of our customers give good feedback about our service. We have received no official complaint about this order and can only assume that it is a bogus thread started by a rival company.
