Thats a really shitty reason to make a club 21 and older. Handstamps put the faculty in the clear, I just don't get it. Why should someone be denied seeing their favorite band cause they are 2 years younger then the drinking age? fuck that. |

I'm pretty sure its 21 and older. I searched the mezzanine on google and all shows i saw were 21+... but nothing on the offical site. I'll be going either way, just might have to get my friend a fake ID so he can come too. |

mezzanie is a 100% 21+ venue as there are bars on every corner of the place (a very ince place to get down indeed). It is also under very good watch by the security personel there, i once saw them pinpoint, follow and remove a guy for sneaking the back way, (don;t get any ideas though,,,0 my advice,,,, don;t let the age thing bring you down, when i was underage, io missed so many shit hot shows every fucking weekend, five years later,,,, im over it... |

they were in austin in 2001. no clue why they are not returning. i was devastated. i tried to raise money to get them at the gypsy tea room in dallas, but all of the electronica radio shows were not allowed to even say the word "money" or "cash' on air or else they will be sued by the FCC - and most of them were just pricks - i wasn't able to raise more than a thousand dollars and i sold alot of personal belongings to see if i could get a head start... the DJ's for 89.3 electronica afternoons - Hey, why don't you just give me their agent. I'll settle things. I know how these guys work. You don't know what you're doing. |
