I like Rossz... but is it me or there's about only 15
minutes of real beats on that album? It's like
Ultravisitor, there's 5 minutes of build-up for 2 minutes of
true brainfuck stuff. And brainfuck *is* what put VS on the
map.

It seems slightly hypocritical that someone could hate
Venetian Snares and love Aphex Twin's drillcore.

aphex drillcore (i.e. drukqs) is well,
have you listened to the slowed down versions i did, merten?
if not you need to get ahold of me ASAP.

vsnares drill is not even close upon deep inspection of
druqks.

speculative, vsnares has plenty of good shit but it's
nothing compared to drukqs,

nothing.

this album is quite good imo. not as hard and fuck anal
heroin cunts hardcore like some of the earlier stuff.

this album is very good... i heard someone say he used
samples for this? no... the symphonic arrangements and drum
tracks were written to be played TOGETHER... show me another
record taht has done this. do your homework before you
bash.

phenomenal record

Well, not being 13 and, unfortuantley for Mr A.Funk,
having
critical faculties beyond those of a drunken ant, I've
never
been able to listen to a whole track.

haha, maybe in about 5 years when you are 13 you might've
changed your mind, your argumentation in this thread is
already pretty decent though, you almost convinced me :)

oh i'm getting the album for sure btw

dog belch, you're full of shit in this thread. i
don't know if vsnares said something about your mom or what.
relax already.

you're going to have to admit that people of all ages,
backgrounds and emotional maturity levels will listen to all
sorts of different music for all different reasons. your
elitist shove-off is no better than what you've accused funk
of doing. where do you get this stuff from? maybe your
experience listening to it reminded you of your own
shortcomings, but it certainly doesn't translate to everyone
else.

i say, you grow up and stop trying to marginalize people who
listen to music that you don't happen to enjoy.
