This is not how the drink is supposed to be dranken.
Asperatine or whatever is sooooo fucking shit that I could
write a 37 page essay that also functions as a pop-out flip
book filled with exotic and colorful characters who sound
their asses off on the total shitluster taste that is the
diet softdrink.

Do not drink alcohol with "diet" softdrinks. You will cry.

If it turns out that you actually like diet cola with rum
then you are over 50.

I find diet soda with aspartame is not thirst quenching -
leaves this powdery residue taste like I just licked a
