my oxygen 8 always overlaps two midi notes whenever i

I think I know the answer.

Go to your cubase directory and open the folder called MIDI
Port Enabler. Copy the file ignoreportfilter and paste it
into your main Cubase folder. Then boot up Cubase.

I think that will fix it
