As you know one of my favourite AFX songs (maybe the best...) is ARCHED MAID VIA RDJ. My question is: Do you know some songs with a similiar style and sound? Maybe Autechre dit it? Maybe µziq? Maybe the same Richard? I'm looking for it, but the original is ARCHED MAID, it's a masterpiece and I think will be difficult to find a track so beautiful... yes Hangable Auto Bulb 2 is a very nice album... indeed. I think you will want to take a look at U-Ziqs album "Lunatic Harness" somewhat close to what you are looking for. |

I think Rae by Autechre is quite similar, until it transforms into stick insect mode. At least it retains the melancholy. It is one of my favourite songs, better than Arch maid I reckon. Autechre do drill & bass good. I think one of the tracks on EP7 is similar, I only heard a sample of it so I'm not sure what I'm talking about. |
