I did some stretches this morning and all of a sudden
"Ohhh" I had the most intense feeling of pleaseuererre all
through my body. I cant wait to stretch tomorrow morning!

look these stretches up online if you need a demonstration:
(order in which i would suggest, head to toe)

first you must start off doing "rotations"
1) neck rotation: 3 clockwise, 3 counter-clockwise
2) arms & shoulders rotation: 3 to the front, 3 to the rear
3) hips rotation: 3 clockwise, 3 counter-clockwise
4) knees & ankles rotation: 3 clockwise, 3
counter-clockwise

then do your stretches (top to bottom, holding the stretch
for 15 seconds)
abdominal stretch
upper back stretch
one arm side stretch
shoulder stretch
chest stretch
lower back stretch
hamstring stretch
hamstring stretch, with variation: feet are shoulder-width
apart, stretch to the left, center, and right
standing groin stretch
thigh stretch
calve stretch
calve stretch, with variation toe-pull
------

that should make you feel REALLY REALLY good right after you
get out of bed... i have done those stretches for about 5
years straight, every day since i had kidney stones removed
and stuff... decided to get back in shape

When i just plain stretch when i wake up i only stretch my
legs as far outwards as they go. I felx the ol ass muscles
and find it to be great!

Then the top half stretch immedately follows that up.

After that another good 5 minutes of laying in bed and just
being comfy.

I think its safe to say that stretching pwns across the
board.
