Go to the thread and list yourself so the maintainer can
keep track of you. I think now we're only shy of 13 or so
people.

email from cycling74 on this (copied from the KVR forum)

Someone did e-mail us and let us know about the
discussion on the forum and some serious thought and
consideration went into how we can take advantage of the
enthusiasm that you've generated. At this time, our policies
don't allow us to accommodate such a situation.
The quantity discounts are intended for institutions and
sole individuals. In other words, all the licenses purchased
will be registered under one name and cannot be transferred.
This kind of purchase would also violate the agreement we
have with our US distributor.

I will let you know if we come up with a solution that will
work for everyone and would be interested in hearing any
ideas or suggestions that you have. Also, please note that
our student discount for Max/MSP is $250 and we also have a
9-month authorization for $59 available for students.

Yeah. I understand where they are comming from, but how many
sole individuals are intrested in obtaining 100 copies of
max???

Oh well. My crack works perfectly.

I guess if you can figure out how Max/MSP works, then you
must be bright enough to get the program (I for one dont
understand a thing of it) working with a
crack/serial/whatever.

Overpriced personal software licences = gun aimed at foot.

I wnder why so many people have legit copies of Renoise,
compared to Logic? ;-)

Hm, I've decided not to pirate it anymore because that is
evil.

I'm going to use Jmusic instead. It's free and it
isn't a toy language.
