holy shit this is cool as hell... all the distances of the
circles of different artists actually seem to be correct
too...

example, I typed in Aphex Twin, and in close proximity to it
were SP, u-ziq, BOC etc, but the farthest thing away from it
was Postal Service... the directional gap between Postal and
Aphex is large, but they still share that
electronic/analoguey link. awesome.

i don't think this works too well at all. i type in melvins
and the three closest results are tomahawk, mr. bungle and
estradasphere. these bands don't sound anything like the
melvins even remotely and only two of them have a vague
connection to the band. not to mention that it also turned
up lovage...

so what's this supposed to tell you? are they
recommendations or something?
