you have to combine it with at least another subject.

my mind up yet. Was it interesting?

otherwise it was a lame joke...

it's a bachelor, which means there ARE other subjects, but
everything you can study at uni is philosophy, in a way...
you just have to angle it to it. So, while my next semester
is going to contain some social science and theology, I'd
say I'm studying philosophy.

Did a-levels at another college after getting booted out of
the first one i went to. Moved away from home for 5 or 6
months, had fun, then moved back in. Drank. Started on a
foundation art course.

what I'd like most is to work at uni and work my way up to
professor (well.. rank isn't that important, but to work at
uni, teaching and researching is the main thing...)..
otherwise, I would like to work at a book-publisher or add
some media to the degree later and maybe work at a newspaper
or television/radio...

(that implies that I, after the bachelor, will continue with
a masters and so-on)

aiming at an occupation as a professor was something i also
thought about. i'd like to combine philosophy with biology
to have some natural scientific background, but since i only
want to study in a big city and not somewhere in the german
provence i'm not sure if my grade point average will be
sufficient for a favoured subject like biology in a popular
town. i'll see.

one year of medicine university.
it was terrible.
never try it. = (

then one year of japanese university. it was good. : )

and now i'm in second year of japanese university and it
starts to suck again (though not as much as medicine
university, but that would be hard)... well the work sucks.
the other students are cool.

Drunken Mastah: no, general biology. i consider it useful
that if you want to make statements about the human being as
you do in philosophy to also know about the human being from
a natural scientific perspective.

happy cycling: yeah, many famous philosophers were german.
but i still have to learn old greek and get a graecum, which
is kinda bureaucratic bullshit cause i wont read greek
philosophers in original anyway.
