For some reason the van in the background survived. I wonder
why the frozen vehicles would be parked on the side of a
city street long enough to freeze that badly. I wonder how

We had something ALMOST as bad in Quebec and the rest of
eastern Canada a few years ago. It was surreal. They had to
deploy the military to fight the Godless forces of Ice.
