so you found one picture of an "insane instrument" and you
thought "there must be THOUSANDS of these!".

and thus, a new thread was borne.

I wasn't being sarcastic, just silly.

never take anything too serious on a messageboard unless it
is blatantly clear that someone is being very, very serious
(talking about being raped, that kind of thing - although
they could still be lying ofcourse, just don't make a joke
about it is what I mean).

maybe I don't mean "serious" as much as "personal". :)

I used to be a member of a half filled beer bottle orchestra
that only performed at 5 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Sadly our
performances were never recorded and are lost in time like
tears in the rain.

it. I mean it.

Yeah you know what? It's been years since I watched that. I
like the original version with the voice-overs.

You need to somehow reform, be the strong one. The bottle
and glass is soo pure. This isn't a rehearsal fleet! this
is it! life is now! if you don't record it, it's gone......
can you record it and post it up tomorrow, cheers.

yeah, I guess it being a messageboard means that it's
pointless to take it personal even if people ARE being
serious. I like this place much better when everyone is
getting along. :)

but seriously, tell me: is that not the craziest guitar
you've ever seen? Even if it was the only crazy artistic
instrument in existence, surely it deserves a thread more
than some of the spam posted around here. It's at least 50%
electronic music related. ;)

This morning I helped carry a harmonium into my girlfriends
car to be fixed. Her grandfather had it shippped from
copenheigan 100 years ago to prove he was worthy. I'd tell
the 'interesting story' to my mum.

the webpage that ovyinto posted a couple posts ago. It's got
all sorts of whacky instruments, most of which have sound
samples. it's called "the beerbottle organ"

"it's called "the beerbottle organ""
