i agree, although i prefer coltrane...and his long solos, it

Miles could play anything over anything and make it work
even if harmonically and rhythmically it had only the most
fleeting relationship with where the song was going. It's
like watching someone with bouncy shoes jumping from
mountaintop to mountaintop.
