hmm.. I remember seeing a program about pets, and apparently
dogs instinctively know when their owner is coming home..
they tried it by putting hidden cameras in the house of this
guy with a dog... he usually left work around 16:00, and
every day at 16:00, the dog got out of its bed, ran to the
window and waited half an hour for his owner... then, they
tried changing the time, and the guy left work at 14:30. At
14:30, the dog got up and ran to the window... this phone
just seems like something that'll make schizophrenics of the
dogs...

I think a dog hearing its owners voice coming out of their
neck would be scary for the poor animal

what's funny to me is what pogo posted. then the next line
was a different comment entirely. and what i meant by it is
that this product appears to be an efficient instrument of
abuse for animals. and although i didn't say one way or the
other, i do find it a bit cruel to put a cell phone on an
animal's neck. i guess it wasn't obvious enough to leave
without explanation.
