Sorry if this was posted already:

NEW BLACK DOG EP ON DUST SCIENCE RECORDINGS

Almost three years after the sublime Unsavoury Products
recorded with Scottish poet Black Sifishi, and nearly nine
years since their last proper album, The Black Dog is
returning this month with an EP, Bite Thee Back, released on
the newly formed Dust Science Recordings. This EP, released
on 24 January, will feature four tracks as follow: 4 3s 777,
Bite Thee Back, Invoke and Evoke. These compositions range
from warm melodic electronica to vintage techno, and are
announced as being trademark Black Dog music. Although there
is no information on a new album, Ken Downie and his regular
BD collaborators are said to be working on a full length.
Dust Science Recordings will follow this release with
another EP, Electronic Dissident, by Claude Young on 21
February. For more information, check the Dust Science
website.

Great news, post split Black Dog is ace, I love Music for
Adverts and Babylon. Did you see on that site there's a link
too to a live 1997 thing, I'm downloading it now so I can't
offer any more other than I'm sure it's great.

Woooo I don't know if it had been mentioned before, but that
live 1997 set linked above is fantastic, if you liked
"Babylon", which I do, it's like a very leisurely long
version of that, mixed with classic the TBD sound. Ohhhh, I
recommend all with ears to listen immediately.
