I'm actually not sure myself. The phrase comes from the mouth of a friend who decided to drink a bottle or so of whiskey and then throw a couple of tabs of lsd into the mix. "Clammy biffs" was all he could say for 2 or 3 hours. And so, it has passed into folklore. |
