what are your thoughts on it?

i really dislike the whole place, ofcourse there are
exceptions (especially big cities) but in general it really
makes me feel unpleasant when i think about just visiting
it. and i can't put my finger on what makes it so unpleasant
because i never had a bad experience...i guess im not too
comofortable with germans for some reason, maybe because of
the language, hmm..

Thats normal , everybody hates germans , next after
americans they are the most hated people.

I would go there if i wanted to buy a used sports car tho ,
it is really cheap.

No I mean that you are giving yourself a headfuck with
thoughts like that. Just get over it and like both
countries. How can you not liek either of them? They have so
much to offer, like burgers and sausages respectively :o)

well, i haven't been to the states yet, im sure there are
wonderful places to see and lots of fun to do, so i can't
really comment on it. it just doesn't seem as attractive as
some other countries i'd rather visit.

but as far as germany goes - i've been there plenty of times
and it just isn't my thing...i hate everything about it any
each time i was there i couldn't wait to get back home. i
never got that feeling in any other country...

germany was kinda dreary the whole time i was there...
which, granted was only like 9 days. and it seemed really
expensive and dificult to find non-alcoholic drinks, so i
was kinda drunk and dehydrated most of the time, which made
me a bit grumpy.

but, all the old cathedrals, and castle ruins, and the
countryside was awesome. plus the food was good.

it seemed pretty cool. wierd to see stuff that was hundreds
of years old, when around here if a building is 80 years old
we consider it 'historical'.

A lot of my friends feel the same way, they jus thate the
place and say it is so boring. I just think every country
has something different to offer so I take that. I have a
list as long as my arm of all the Bauhaus I want to see
there so I really want to go. I guess if there is nothing
there for you fuck it then, or perhaps you shoudl find a
shit load of stuff to do there and then indulge yourself?

you should come to the states.

we've got nice stuff over here too. i mean, it's still
earth.

plus, we roll barrels of crude oil down giant hillsides into
piles of arab babies for fun. it's a real hoot.

good reason :) i wouldn't want to spend my vacation there by
any means..italy on the other hand is the country where i
feel just like at home though and i can spend as much time
as possible without getting homesick :)

i've been to flensbürg, freibürg and frankfurt. it was ok,
especially in the south. the north wasn't that special.
stayed in a town near freibürg for a week, pretty close to
the france boarder. it was nice.

that is soooo radical!

but anyways, i used to want to visit germany really badly.
i took a little german in highschool, and even had a german
penpal in 8th grade! she loved david hasselhoff and the
backstreet boys. but now, i am too afraid of going over
there and getting...eaten or something.

now i take french.
