cool. i think clouds are in global commons list, items from which can't be privatized. But the guy seems to have a good goal, so he's cool. pollution goes not only to clouds, but diffuses in the atmosphere so that we can't see it. People can still freely pollute, only if they are sure that their scum doesn't go into some clouds.. |
