Aww cmon guys we're not that bad. Give us a lil credit for
being #1 in that category...

- The "mustache" is bad lighting.
- "Experimental Electronica" is the closest thing to
"Electronica". MP3.com.au's genre options suck. Did my best
with what I had.
- What is "the envelope is moving"?
- "i think if they have children it may just come out
looking
exactly like the internet." is very witty. The internet! Hoo
man...
- A few songs actually WERE written in an Enigma style. Give
me some better similar artists and I'll put them in.
- I had to get rid of my blue hair about six months ago for
work. Sorry.

Anything else?

i haven't heard your music yet, but i think it's lame that
you changed your hair for work.

bummer. well, good luck with your music. it looks like
you're having some success - perhaps you can use it to your
advantage.

Thanks. We got offered a contract, but it was shit. I don't
really know where to take our tracks for a good deal.. if
any EXIST. Any ideas?

sorry, i'm not familiar enough with this sort of music to
recommend labels to you. try searching the board - there
are probably lots of threads about how to find labels or
lists or something.

I'm lazy to listen to ComradeF stuff.
he is #1 cause he has a BIG heap of tracks, i think.

i remember my track was #2 in industrial charts, #46 in
dance/electronica and #97 in general. I don't believe it - i
believe something is wrong with their charts.

to go higher on the charts. whatever, long live ComradeF and

Kite is not my singer.

Over half those tracks have been on MP3.com.au for over
three months, so they're no longer part of the tally. I
think that sucks, but whatever. So no -- the fact that I
write a lot of music has nothing to do with it.

Also, we don't "game" like a lot of people started doing at
the old MP3.com. I've noticed that whenever someone has a
nice spot on the charts, everyone immediately assumes
they're gaming. I can post the god damn listener statistics
if you're that interested, but I doubt anyone is.

my tracks are all longer than 3 months they still take part
in these charts.

do not mind what people say bout the charts they are
envious. but charts suck..

offline ComradeF on 2005-01-10 09:53 [#01452300]
Points: 19 Status: Addict

Well for a while mine did too, but then the system slowly
but surely dropped them all off. So they can be downloaded,
but it's not helping my chart positions or anything.

We were actually #1 on the entire site for like 3 months.
Not sure how that happened. I didn't think charts sucked
then, heh.

And yeah country is the worst. Ever notice how people who

country..."

country has some great music in there, for example a lot of
bluegrass is exceptionally good.

you just need to take the time to find it.

I don't have anything with jazz for example, in fact - it
kind of makes me recoil in horror, but there are still
pieces of jazzmusic that I do like.

your music, however, always makes me shiver like a shitting
dog.

in a bad way, mind.

See you're just mumbling shit now.

And look, the genres at MP3.com.au SUCK. The options SUCK. I
write electronica but there's no god damn genre section for
that. Don't bitch at ME for their fucking problem. I figure
uhh OK I'm experimenting, and it's electronica. That's the
best I can do. Wanna be a little bitch about it?

If you wanna lay down some constructive criticism, something
that might actually help me find a better genre, by all
means. But if you just keep saying "shit fuck wahhhh you're
#1 why why why" then fuck dude, I should leave it just to
spite you.

Look, if these songs were on the radio non-stop, then you
guys would have a leg to stand on, but there is simple
solution on how to avoid listening to so-called "shitty"
music on the internet.

DON'T DOWNLOAD IT! TURN THE VOLUME DOWN IF IT COMES ON
INTERNET RADIO! Or even better, go out and buy music you
like. Then you'll have no reason to bitch and moan.
Honestly, you people kill me. You criticize without offering
any ideas for improvement and you act like you have a
justifiable reason for your arrogance and the unfounded shit
you post.

You have a right to say whatever you like, but I also retain
the right to think that you people are complete assholes.
Come on. Attacking a happy couple? Since when did cutesy
pictures of two people in love have an effect on music? Blue
hair ridiculous? Please. Maybe 20 years ago, but this is the
21st century and most people just don't give a damn
nowadays. And none of this has any relevance to the music
that Comrade and Lucy make, which I think is pretty damn
good.

By the way, my music of choice is street punk. I'm a patch
wearing, knife wielding, mosh pitting, ass beating bitch
from hell. And yet, I find Comrade and Lucy's music to be
quite good. So, my dear friends, I smile wanly at your
comments and laugh inwardly at your obviously plebian taste
in music. I am so sorry you don't know a good thing when you
hear it.

Electronica or not. Your decision. I'll listen if you've
actually got something useful to say other than COMRADEF
SUCKS BECAUSE HE SUCKS, your turn
